Icon Installation: 

Changing icons
1. Unzip the Icons to a folder that is easy for you to find.
2. Right click on the Icon you want to change.
3. Click properties in the box that pops up.
4. Click the program or shortcut tab at the top.
5. Click change icon.
6. Click browse.
7. Find the folder you saved the icons to.
8. Double click on the Icon you want.
9. Click Ok and it should be installed.

Changing the my computer and recycle bin icons is a little different.
1. Open up control panel and double click on display .
2. Click on the plus tab at the top.
3. Click th Icon you want to change.
4. Click browse.
5. Find the folder you saved the icons to.
6. Double click on the Icon you want.
7. Click Ok and it should be installed.

Cursor Installation: 
1. To use a cursor unzip the file and save them to c:\windows\cursors
2. Open up control panel and double click on mouse.
3. Click on pointers.
4. Click browse and select the cursor you want to use.
5. Click apply.
 
If you want to change other Icons (such as file Icons)
1.  Open the start menu.
2.  Go to settings.
3.  Off of settings go to folders and icons
4.  Click file types on the tab at the top of the box that opens
5.  Scroll down until you find the file icon you want to change.
6.  click on the file you want to change then click edit.
7. Click change icon.
8. Click browse.
9. Find the folder you saved the icons to.
10. Double click on the Icon you want.
11. Click Ok and it should be installed.
